  • Free 30 minute Consultation

    Consultations are for the benefit of the client and the provider. Working with us is a commitment, an investment that will become a significant relationship. Let’s start with a Hello, how are you? Know there’s time and attention to answer, how you are, and what you want.

  • 60 minute Session

    One on one coaching sessions, in person or online, are based on both a programmed schedule and addressing specific needs at the time of the session. This is a great choice in general, everything a session should include fit into a 60 minute session.

  • 90 minute Session

    The extra 30 minutes over the 60 minute session gives time to integrate what is being coached, through extra talk time and closing mindfulness practices. This is a great choice if you have the time and would like to boost your ability to fully integrate our work.

  • Couples and Families

    Significant Lifestyle changes within a household are often best done together. Changing the household products, menu, Sleep/Wake cycles, exercise routines, communication styles etc will be easier and more influential, if they are a household affair.

  • 4 week Training Program

    Daily programming for Diet and exercise every 28 Days. This is ideal for self starters, and Athletes in Training,

    Two 1 hour sessions per cycle for assessments and teaching the program.
